Universities should coordinate with industrial establishments for job-oriented courses

Bhopal: In a meeting of Vice Chancellors of all government universities at Raj Bhavan today, the Governor Shri Lalji Tandon said that they should coordinate with industrial estalishments for conducting employment-oriented courses. Whatever decisions are taken should be implemented with total devotion and dedication to get desired results. He advised the Vice Chancellors to take initiative in improving the quality of higher education with new thinking, energy and self-confidence.

For the first time in the country, a consortium of universities has been formed in Madhya Pradesh on the initiative of Governor Shri Tandon. Through this, the universities will provide quality higher education to the students using each other’s expertise. The Governor hoped that this step in the field of higher education through the consortium would create a new history.
