Science and Mathematics has always been a stronghold in the Indian education system since the ancient ages. From the invention of Zero to striking findings in the early Vedic period, India has always been the torchbearer of scientific advancement.
While the trend towards scientific inclinations has witnessed a tepid growth over the decades, in recent years, there has been a re-emphasis on integrating Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) into the academic curriculum, right from the elementary courses of formal study.
