Addressing the 8th annual convocation of the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, the Union Minister of State (MoS) for Education Subhas Sarkar stated that the New Education Policy 2020 aims to strengthen the new learning paradigm by adopting new education technologies or developing available in-house skills. He went on to state that the students' acquired knowledge will help them to establish values as well as contribute to the nation and the world's development. He also stressed that now is the time to learn about our predecessors and ancestors, as well as to include Indian knowledge systems in teaching and learning.
