New Delhi: Students who want to pursue dual degree from foreign universities can heave a sigh of relief as under a new framework, those who could not enroll in such courses earlier due to varying level of qualification framework, will now be eligible to take admission in foreign universities.

The UGC has made changes in the National Higher Education Qualification Framework (NHEQF).
